Abstract:
This study aimed at knowledge management and performance. The study explored the influence of knowledge application on customer satisfaction levels, and assessed the effects of information gathering and analysis on competitive advantage.In this study, the survey research design was utilized. The sample size was 366. The internal consistency analysis of the instrument was ascertained using the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient.
